Oncology TA Director, Clinical Development

Location : Beijing/Shanghai

Primary responsibility:

· Lead the clinical development of pipeline portfolio in relevant TA in China and/or globally (for some specific China R&D-driven compounds).

· Deeply understand global clinical development strategy and TA trend; Collaborate with various global and regional function teams to generally command academic direction of CD strategies in relevant TA.
· Lead cross-functional team to develop and drive TA CD strategy, programs/projects and ensure excellent implementation in China and/or globally.
· Communicate and cooperate with internal and external customers. Train and develop CD TA team.

 

TA Manager, Hematological Malignancy, Clinical Development

Location: Beijing

Primary responsibility:

· Lead the clinical development of pipeline portfolio in Hematological Malignancy in China and/or globally (for some specific China R&D-driven compounds).

· Deeply understand global clinical development strategy and TA trend; Collaborate with various global and regional function teams to generally command academic direction of CD strategies in Hematological Malignancy TA.

· Lead cross-functional team to develop and drive CD strategy, programs/projects and ensure excellent implementation in China and/or globally.

· Communicate and cooperate with internal and external customers.

· Train and develop CD team in Hematological Malignancy.

Clinical Leader, Immunology

Location: Beijing/Shanghai

Primary responsibility:

· Fulfill the role of Clinical Leader for one or more compounds from Phase II including life cycle management.

· Working collaboratively with the Compound Development Team, be accountable for the clinical development strategy and plan and ensure the alignment with overall program development strategy.

· Be accountable as the leader of the corresponding compound Clinical Team, for the design, implementation, execution and submission/approval of a clinical program to support regulatory and commercial requirements, and to optimize the compound value.

Compound Development Team Leader, Immunology

Location: Beijing/Shanghai

Primary responsibility:

· The CDTL provides leadership to a cross-functional strategic compound development team for the China/global development and execution of the compound strategy.

· The CDTL plays the key role in managing the cross-functional matrix allowing for successful implementation and alignment of strategies for the compound/brand.

· Further, the CDTL champions the product/brand at all levels of J&J and is responsible for managing the alignment on communication on all CDT matters, as appropriate.

China Compound Team Leader (CCTL)

Location: Beijing/Shanghai

Primary responsibility:

· Provides leadership to a cross-functional strategic compound development team for the China development and execution of the compound strategy in China

· Leads the China Compound Team (CCT) to successfully develop the compound such that its value is maximized over its lifecycle while costs and time are minimized without sacrificing quality;

· Leads the communication of strategy, issues, and plans with CDT, CTASTe, the governance committees, alliance partners, and other key stakeholders and obtain corresponding alignment/approval of CCT proposals.

· Builds team effectiveness and moral, and leads the CCT to develop and achieve its goals through the people/functions represented on the team in the spirit of J&J Credo values.
